At some point, the rich decided to migrate from the city centers to suburban neighborhoods. Now, they are moving back downtown, jacking up real estate prices, and sending the poor away to only the Devil knows where. The Evo Lofts downtown, near the Staples Center, are an example of the New Way. Holly Lebranche’s short dress was very conspicuous and became a magnet for attention.
