As I go further down the Zishy rabbit hole, I realize the importance of flexibility. I don’t mean flexibility in the way that Yulia Sosnova demonstrates here. I mean flexibility as in refusing to approach each day with a formula. We are all guilty of it on some level. It is harder to deal with unpredictable situations, so we build our lives around routine. Well, if Yulia shied away from discomfort, she would have never been able to contort her body into such strange positions. Often, we need to embrace discomfort in order to grow.
